For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, IBALMA, S.A. DE C.V., (hereinafter “WECARE PRODUCTS”), a corporation organized under Mexican law, with its registered office located at Av. Magnolias 303, Bodega 3, Colonia Nuevo México, ZIP Code 45138, Zapopan, Jalisco, is responsible for the collection, disclosure, storage, use, processing, exploitation, and/or disposal of the personal, employment, and business data of its customers and/or suppliers (hereinafter, the “Data Subjects”).
The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to regulate the legitimate, controlled, and informed processing of personal data in order to guarantee your privacy and your right to informational self-determination.

The personal data that WECARE PRODUCTS collects includes, but is not limited to, the following:

(i) Full name and official identification
(ii) Address and proof of address
(iii) Institutional position
(iv) Email address
(v) Phone number
(vi) CURP
(vii) Federal Taxpayer Registry number and tax identification number

(ix) Opinion on compliance with tax obligations
The Data Subject declares that he or she has the necessary authorization to transfer the personal data of third parties to WECARE PRODUCTS.
Personal data is collected in person and/or by email.
PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Data Subject's personal data will be used for the following primary purposes:
(i) Integrate databases of customers, suppliers, and contractors
(ii) Generate and track purchase orders and orders
(iii) Verify reputation and creditworthiness prior to entering into a contractual relationship
(iv) Register the Data Subject as a customer and/or supplier in internal systems
(v) Comply with tax obligations
(vi) Create internal directories for administrative, financial, statistical, and quality control purposes
(vii) Provide the requested products and services and carry out activities consistent with WECARE PRODUCTS’ corporate purpose
In addition, personal data may be used for identification, consultation, customer service, follow-up, document preparation, strategy development, and, where applicable, debt collection.
SECONDARY PURPOSES
In addition, personal data may be used for:
- Send information, promotions, and details about WECARE PRODUCTS' own products and services
- Distribute informational brochures, surveys, and special services
- Track visitor activity on the WECARE PRODUCTS website
- Any other similar or related purposes
If the Data Subject does not wish to have their personal data processed for these secondary purposes, they may notify us by sending an email to avisodeprivacidad@wecareproducts.com.mx, with “Objection to Secondary Purposes” in the subject line.
Such a refusal shall not constitute grounds for denying the products or services that have been contracted.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
WECARE PRODUCTS may transfer the Data Subject's personal data to:
- Contractors who assume the same confidentiality obligations
- Subsidiaries and Affiliates
- Third parties that have a direct or indirect relationship with WECARE PRODUCTS, when necessary for the conduct of their business activities
- Competent authorities or financial institutions, when legally required
The Data Subject shall be deemed to have given consent to the transfer of his or her personal data if he or she does not object, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Law.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
In the event that sensitive personal data is required, WECARE PRODUCTS undertakes to process such data under strict security and confidentiality measures and with the data subject’s express consent, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Use of this website implies consent to such processing when applicable.
EXCEPTIONS TO CONSENT
There are certain circumstances provided for by law in which the data subject’s consent is not required for the processing of their personal data; therefore, the absence of such consent will not prevent WECARE PRODUCTS from processing it in accordance with applicable law.

Personal data will be processed under strict administrative, physical, and technical security measures implemented by WECARE PRODUCTS to prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
ARCO RIGHTS
The Data Subject has the right to:

(ii) Request the correction of their personal data
(iii) Request its deletion
(iv) Object to the processing of their personal data for specific purposes
These rights are known as ARCO Rights.
METHODS FOR EXERCISING ARCO RIGHTS AND WITHDRAWING CONSENT
The Data Subject or his or her duly authorized legal representative may exercise his or her ARCO rights and/or revoke his or her consent at any time by submitting a request to the WECARE PRODUCTS office located at Av. Magnolias 303, Bodega 3, Colonia Nuevo México, ZIP Code 45138, Zapopan, Jalisco, or by sending it to the email address arco@wecareproducts.eco, addressed to the Data Protection Department.
The application must include:
(i) Name of the Account Holder
(ii) Mailing address and email address for notification of the response
(iii) A clear and precise description of the data regarding which the right is being exercised
(iv) Purpose of the request
(v) Any information that may facilitate the identification of the data
A copy of a valid government-issued ID must be included, along with, if applicable, a document proving legal representation.
The response period will be fifteen (15) business days, starting from the date of receipt of the request.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
Any changes to this Privacy Notice will be communicated to Data Subjects through:
- Email, and
- Post on the WECARE PRODUCTS website: https://www.wecareproducts.eco
CONSENT OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The Data Subject states that this Privacy Notice has been made available to him or her, that he or she has read and understood its contents, and that he or she grants his or her consent by implication to the processing of their personal data by providing it to WECARE PRODUCTS.
